Every day at 5:00pm, my local radio station plays what they call "the 5:00 six-pack" It's a theme of six songs. Every Thursday, they play 6 new songs. Some days, they'll play 6 songs by all female artists.
I don't know what the theme was today because I didn't leave work until 5:15.
But when I got in my car, the DJ was talking about Carrie and how the last time there was a controversy involving her it was when Faith Hill created a scene over Carrie winning Top Female Vocalist at CMAs.
He then went on to say that Carrie's now involved in a new controversy, this time with Jessica Simpson. He said that he thinks Carrie can hold her own against Jess, and then said "I think Carrie can take her!" 
Then he played So Small and Wasted back-to-back to close out the 6-pack. Pretty cool!  |
