Carrie’s Chart Update (11/27/08): The CMA Effect Fades

As the CMA effect fades, sales and chart position retreated. So this week was generally a downer on the charts.

Just A Dream only dropped one spot to #8 on the Hot Country Songs chart. But Just A Dream will probably go recurrent next week, leaving Carrie without an active single on the country chart. Just A Dream dropped 7 spots to #36 on the Hot 100. Digital sales for Just A Dream were off 42% to 22.2K. Total sales are now at 407.6K.

Carnival Ride dropped 4 spots...

It's getting close to that time of year again. I haven't posted a blog on here and i thought it would. I guess i'll sum up the year of 2008.

Very rough start for me. Got into trouble, not once, but twice. That was really hard for me. I had to earn my parents trust back and it took awhile. I never would have thought i would get into so much trouble over one person and now today it's the best thing ever! I have been with this guy for almost 9 months (Dec. 1st) and it's been the best...

Or is everyone looking forward to Christmas. I mean I have always loved Christmas, but this year, I am even more excited! I even promised my mother I would help her decorate. I think its because of Carrie, and her music!
