I am not surprised (nor am i dissapointed!

) That Carrie placed second, because Kenny is the hottest thing in country music with his tours and radio airplay and #1s.....but #2 is still greattttttttt and she is the highest ranking female! (BTW, TS as #3 kinda shocked me....I thought for sure it'd be Brad or Rascal, I thought Taylor would be like 5 or something lol)
