YEah, I thought it had something to do with deciding that it was not appropriate to the subject matter for her to be rolling around on a bed.
I do rememeber Carrie saying how silly she felt doing it on her very first video shoot.
I'm glad they left it out.
Though I would love to see the footage. Cause they definately filmed it.
